Full time – Entry level Field Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team. As an FAE, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in the successful integration of their products onto our 33xx/36xx series platforms for testing and mass production. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts for testers.

Job Description:

As an FAE, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and optimizing IC test programs or converting IC test programs from other platforms.
  2. Assisting customers in resolving software or hardware-related issues.
  3. Providing comprehensive training on both software and hardware to customers.
  4. Collaborating with the RD team to validate and verify the performance of new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an FAE or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Proficiency in IC test program development and conversion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software testing tools.
  • Experience collaborating with RD teams is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English or Chinese (Mandarin).
